illegal alien and a valid passport. If illegal, An I.D will need to be used and hopefully someone at the airport will catch it. No such thing as undocumented. She is an illegal alien who breaks and disrespects laws. Do your American duty and turn her and her family in.

An illegal student who has a valid passport can travel to Hawaii on a school trip. However, there is a risk. If the TSA officers discover that an illegal alien is trying to board a plane in the U.S., they are required to call immigration authorities.

Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) are required to make such referrals. TSO referrals have led to the arrest and/or conviction of individuals for serious crimes such as illegally possessing narcotic drugs, transporting child pornography, illegal aliens, and bulk cash smuggling.

So she can try to pass through TSA screening if she wants, but each time she exposes herself to a TSA officer, she runs the risk of being reported to ICE, the Border Patrol or CBP.

If she doesn't have an I-94 stamped with an admission stamp and endorsed F-1, it would be like turning herself in to immigration. If that happens, it would mean the end of her time in the U.S., no trip to Hawaii, no more free education, and a lost airfare.

Hawaii is the USA. A passport isn't required to travel from the Mainland, just govt issued ID.

Having said THAT.

Illegals should be DEPORTED. Period. End of conversation.

It is funny they don't see anything wrong with being here illegally and no problem using our services when they have to ask a question like this to take a trip.

So what she is really asking is if her being here illegally will interfere with her having a vacation or should she not risk it so she can continue to stay here and leach off the system
